It’s St. Patrick’s Day! It only makes sense that I share a green recipe today. Since I’ve already shared my version of a Healthy Shamrock Shake and a delicious take on Colcannon, I thought I’d select another an all-American dish that’s full of green with tons of flavor.
My trips to the grocery store lately have been a lot of fun for me lately.I think my travels have made grocery shopping even more fun to me. After weeks of dining out, the idea of selecting fresh, raw veggies to enjoy is the best!!!! I’ve been buying the rainbow, and truthfully, I’ve been drawn to veggies that I haven’t eaten in a while.
