With that, it’s a lot of fun to reshoot these amazing early recipes, the ones that were the secret to my success and helped me to lose a significant amount of weight on the Jenny Craig program.
I love enchiladas. While they’re usually loaded with cheese, I’ve given up on the cheesy, oozy version years ago, making way for veggie-licious versions.
Oh, it’s great to be home after a holiday. Getting back into the kitchen and getting back on track with my eating is always my favorite part of the homecoming. After days of heavier than normal meals and dining out, I need a vegetable, y’all!
Confession: I’ve never eaten a Big Mac. Nope, never. And, I think I may go to the grave without ever trying one. My sister-in-law claims it to be a significant miss… and when they came out with the mini Big Macs, I almost did it.
I’ve been home for less than 24 hours from my October vacation adventures, and I’m eager to get back into my routine. With that, I spent my day filling my fridge with beautiful veggies for the week. I’m back out on the road, but for now… I’m just going to savor being home and cook my little heart out!
Heading into the weekend… I’m excited to relax, spend time with friends, and soak up the great outdoors. I’m home from my California trip this week and ready to get totally back on track with this dish.
Now that I’m back on track with the program (and down 5.4 lbs!!), I’ve got so many great ideas for how to pump up the menu. While the Jenny Craig menu is delicious on its own, I think it’s so fun to add fresh and free ingredients to add flavor and a little something interesting to my menu.
