Every once in a while, I just need a juicy steak.I had been thinking about going to a local steakhouse for a filet, but I always feel like I can’t count on them to make it healthy. So many steakhouses finish a steak with a pat of butter… and even with the best intentions, the veggies are often soaked in oil and butter as well. No No No!
It always snows in April in Colorado. It just does. We have 80 degree days, and we get buried in snow on others. It’s just how we roll. I’ve been in Colorado for almost 10 years now, and I still get surprised when I see a snowflake in the forecast.
One thing I love about working in an office is being able to bring food in for my team to enjoy.
